We would like it so that the search string used when making a Rest API call can be case insensitive. For example when using this line http://system.gigafox.com/apiv1/Userfirstname.lastname@example.org the username at the end has to exactly match the casing of the username in the GigaFox system. So if the username in the system is "email@example.com" and you search for "firstname.lastname@example.org" it will return like normal but if you search for "Test.email@example.com" it will no return anything.1 vote
Add reservation management to rest api. IE: create, update, read, delete. This would allow for details to be pulled from one mac and then pushed to another.1 vote

Add an option under "Start Appium for application" in the webviewer to skip installing the application
While "Start Appium for application" works, it's time consuming as it will install the application every time in the background. It would be good if there was a way to start the inspector without installing the application every time.2 votes
Alert notifications for when devices and/or the Mac Mini goes offline, the GigaFox admin will receive a notification.
A generalized notification/alert system that could react to specific events in GigaFox, and send a notification to the appropriate people.
Potentially could include any of:
- notifications via email, SMS, or banner-splash on GF pages
- various priorities for notifications and ability for recipients to set a filter level
- capacity to send notification to a specific user or all users assigned to a particular role2 votes
We are looking into the underlying cause of this.
Customer wants the universal default rendering for devices to start at 100% instead of 50%. They do not want to have to do it manually. They would like this to be something they can make configurable, where it may be set to 50% by default but you can alter it to be 100% and it will affect all devices and not just the one.2 votes
Installing a build to multiple phones should be done in parallel instead of synchronously, since one phone's installation does not require another phone's installation to pass2 votes
When running the history API with the the following event type "DeviceOperatingSystemChange" the return is everything and not just "DeviceOperatingSystemChange"
Can we add this to the searchable event types?1 vote
I would like to have the option to see the SSID where the device is connected to.1 vote
The concept of application control lists would provide the ability to ensure that individual applications could only be used by or in a designated subset of GigaFox. This feature would include (but not necessarily limited to) the following:
- which devices an app can be installed to
- which roles or users can even see an app in the first place
- whether prior versions of an application are visible
- (...other use cases which may arise)
Create a license that is based on the number of in use devices rather than the number of available devices. This allows the users to choose any device in the pool rather than what is active without having to disable another device.2 votes
