Live Local testing via Proxy Server
Local proxy servers are what some of the cloud vendors are using to allow the cloud devices to gain access to a company’s internal network. There has to be strict control of what gets installed on the device to allow this and also the ability to ensure every devices starts from a clean state. Access through the device to the corp network needs to be traced back to the users authentication. SauceLabs and BrowserStack both have good implementations of this. Here is info on BrowserStack's implementation: https://www.browserstack.com/local-testing/live

Currently we have to go thru networks and manually open the firewall from the cart to the internal development servers. Providing a secure proxy would allow us (mobile labs admins) to manage the traffic to the internal sites from the wifi network our phones run on.
