  1. Rest API case insensitive search strings

We would like it so that the search string used when making a Rest API call can be case insensitive. For example when using this line http://system.gigafox.com/apiv1/User?username=test.user@email.com the username at the end has to exactly match the casing of the username in the GigaFox system. So if the username in the system is "test.user@email.com" and you search for "test.user@email.com" it will return like normal but if you search for "Test.user@email.com" it will no return anything.

  2. Reservation Management API

Add reservation management to rest api. IE: create, update, read, delete. This would allow for details to be pulled from one mac and then pushed to another.

  6. Having a API endpoint for the Location feature

    Hello,

Currently, when accessing a phone in the Mobile Cabinet, you can set the location of that phone using the "Location" button. It would be great to have an API endpoint that provides the same functionality.

    Use Case:
We test various websites and URL's as well as do some location testing. The current functionality is great and straight forward to use. When running automation, it would be great if we could call a location in code via a endpoint that allows us the same functionality as if we did it within the Gigafox Web Viewer. This way, we can take that…

  7. [Developer Usability] REST API does not reflect an underlining rule

    STEPS:

Retain the device with User A,
Make a call to launch the application with User B
---> API will return success but never launch the application

The major feedback from this, is that you have a rule: you cannot interact with a phone unless you are the one who has it retained but their API does not reflect that. It will return a success that the message was sent, which is super misleading, instead it should have some error like "cant launch application on device because retained by " __"

    Though it's now known, it's just a "gotcha" and…

  8. Device Recording And Reporting

    Hello,

We are looking for options to have screen recording and test reporting.that is spit out after our automation runs.

Looking at other options in the industry it would seem that this functionality is doable. Kobiton for example has the ability to record straight from the browser. Airtest automation allows you to run your tests and the output is captured into a nice and neat HTML report, all which can be called from the API.

Is this something that's on the road map for either screen recording or on device image capture which can also be called via the API…

  10. Allow filtering by "DeviceOperatingSystemChange" in History API

When running the history API with the the following event type "DeviceOperatingSystemChange" the return is everything and not just "DeviceOperatingSystemChange"

Can we add this to the searchable event types?
